These churches look like they were built right next to each other. But they’re not! The photo is taken from quite far away, but I’m thinking the street they are on should have been named Church Street coz there’s at least three of them in very close proximity.

You must have been standing on top of Mt Hobson. The 2 churches I can see are St Lukes Church on Remuera Rd and St Michael’s Church on Beatrice Road, and you are looking toward the domain and the harbour. Or maybe you were up a very big tree? Or maybe One Tree Hill with a super duper amazing zoom lens? I think must be Mt Hobson.
